  Big shout out to Gunner, he should be promoted. I haven't been into a Panera in a long time and the way he treats everybody that walks in and manages this store is impressive, to say the least. Even with a massive rush late at night, you delivered turnstar service with a smile. Food and everything was excellent. Service even above that - thanks Gunner!

  Any time after 2 PM is the worst time to go. The high school across the street releases at that time, and then all of the seats are taken up by disrespectful and rude teenagers. Not to mention, it took 30 minutes to get my order even though I had placed it before the barrage of children in animal onesies showed up. (Not kidding!) there was not a single clean table in the restaurant. One of the guys making the food orders winked at the high school girls and gave them free soup and baguettes. The cold beverage station was atrocious. There was a multitude of different colored liquids rolling off of the countertops and onto the floor creating lake Panera. I ended up taking my order to go and ate it in my nice, quiet car. Definitely not a pleasurable experience.

  The food was fabulous but the dining area was very dirty most of the tables were dirty and there was napkins and food on the floor. This is the second time we went in a month and it was the same.
