The layout is poor - if you have never been there before it is really confusing on what you are supposed to do to order and get your food. The layout is not conducive to figuring it out either and there is no signage to help clarify. The signage for the menu is also confusing and the cashier - while pleasant enough - was not much help (I'd say she was bored). And then the payment system asked for a tip! For what? There was a cashier and the food prep - but no one seated us, no one took our orders, and no one brought us our food - we had to do all that on our own! The food itself was good - but a bit overpriced. Honestly - I only went because I had a gift card.

Very expensive for the quality of food you receive. We spent $50.00 for 2 people, which consisted of a salad, Mac n cheese and a sandwich and 2 drinks. If the food was good then maybe it would be worth it, but I'll not go back. Sorry Panera Bread.
My wife loves it here, its her go-to for soups and sandwiches. She always goes for the 2-in-1//combo.
All panera's have a starbucks'ish vibe -at least for me. Service is good; minimal interaction with staff other than ordering (if you order from register) and picking up food, fast food style. Drinks are self-served. Like most paneras, they do have self serve kiosks --AND-- tipping is not expected (minimal staff interaction/self serve)
Only gripe is I'm not a big fan of sandwiches, soups, and salads. I go there because my wife wants to go. Rated 5 because store and food is good overall; in general I just don't want to eat at a restaurant where everything on the menu feels like a side dish.
A large group of us came in to eat about 4:45 on a Sunday. There were very few people in side eating which made getting a large table easy.
The young lady was very patient with us as we had a little difficulty getting our rewards info to show up.
The food came pretty quick considering the amount was ordered. For about $14 I got the “pick 2” which was half Toasted Italiano hot sandwich and French onion soup. Both the sandwich and the soup tasted okay. Nothing special about them and I wouldn’t get either again. Then I decided to try the orange scone which had a nice flavor. I’d get it again. Almost forgot to mention, they have Pepsi products.
Overall, everything was okay. I like that they have Pepsi. I like there bread and there baked goods.
We had not been to Panera in a long time, so thought we would give it a try. At 09 on a Saturday morning, Panera was not very busy. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant (did not see the restrooms). Staff was very pleasant and helpful, coffee was good and coffee station was clean and well-stocked with 4 types of hot coffee. Avocado toast was decent with fresh arugula and generous amount of feta. Steelcut oatmeal was good with pecans and fresh sliced strawberries on top. My only negative comment is that the oatmeal was served barely warm.
