- MPM PFeb 18, 20233.0The reason for the rating was first the girl ordered us something different than what we wanted and didn't notice it until they called our name at pickup. The food service people were very helpful in just making us what we originally ordered and let the manager know the cashier ordered the wrong item. We did take our receipt and my wife went up for the refund and the manager told her how much it was and that there was wasted food. Well there wouldn't have been wasted food if her help got it right. Don't tell us about that. No wonder this one has a lower rating than other Paneras'. It was noon and only 1 cashier at this one. Maybe too much for one person.
