  I ordered the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with no meat and was looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The greens were withered, clearly pulled from the bottom of the prep bowl, which suggests poor rotation and prep standards. As a former kitchen and multi-unit restaurant manager, this is something I immediately noticed. To make matters worse, the portion was barely a quarter of what it should have been—definitely not even three-quarters full. After driving 25 minutes out of my way, I didn’t have the time to return and address it with management. Overall, a frustrating experience that left me both hungry and disappointed. 😕

  Tell me if is just me or what but when I go for food I like to see the picture of what I’m getting and I expect something similar not the same but similar!! I got a bacon, egg and cheese croissant 🥐 this morning and I got this 🥲🥲

  This particular Panara has declined in recent years. Choosing a booth was challenging since the floor beneath every booth table looked like it's last occupants had been very messy toddlers and whoever wiped the tables had left crumbs behind. It felt like we were eating at someone's messy house rather than the cleanliness you expect at a restaurant. We've always been big Panera fans and we don't have one where we live, so it's a treat we used to look forward to. But our soups and tea were lukewarm instead of hot ( we made use of their microwave to heat them up ) and sadly the texture of the baguettes betrays the use of fillers rather than the quality they used to be a few years back. I was looking forward to the seasonal Mexican Street Corn soup and, though the flavor was decent, it was not the usual consistency - maybe I got the super thick last bit from the bottom of the pot? Overall, our experience here today was very disappointing, especially considering how much one pays for it and that this has been the trend here the last few years. It was disappointing enough for my husband and I to agree we need to find a new favorite place to eat when we come to this area.
