- IRIvy Raen3 days ago1.0Came for a quick lunch with a friend inbetween classes. It had taken 45 minutes for the food to be done and the bagels were burnt. After waiting that long we had said something about it to the manager, he offered new ones. Then he dropped them on the floor. We had to wait even longer for 2 bagels. We ended up being late to class. If you’re in a time frame, do not come here.

I usually go inside so I can look at the limited menu and decide if I want anything without holding a line up. Every time I end up waiting 20 plus minutes for an order of 2 soups, nothing else. It's like the kitchen staff cannot multitask at all.

They forgot an entire order (sandwich) and one of the wrapped sandwiches was completely unwrapped in the bag and was ruining all the other food. Terrible service and the workers were not kind nor professional. Do not reccomend at all

It all starts at the top with leadership and I feel the staff here have been let down by the District Manager and things are falling apart while he keeps his big boy salary. Food is always missing something, but on top of that you're waiting a min. of 20 mins. I do not blame the staff, they are just hourly wage pple doing the best they can and I don't think they have strong enough leadership there. Food was missing chicken today yet had to wait 30 mins. The wait is constant.. the mix ups are a guarantee and either shut it down or get new management..
