  Paying $16.00+ for a sandwich to have rotten lettuce and rotten tomatoes is a disgrace. Is not a hot sandwich is a cold cranberry chicken sandwich, so no is not like that because of “heat” it is slimy and so is the tomato and it taste gross..I couldn’t finish it 🤢

  I have gone here 2 times. The first time I ordered a caprice and they served it to me without motzeralla. I had to go back up and ask about it to be told they were out of mozzarella. A key ingredient not only to my sandwich but to multiple meals they serve. I went there again today to give them a second chance. They where out of arugula and blue tortilla chips for their corn chowder. This location doesn't seem to stock their ingredients properly and are often out of key ingredients. On top of that my mom ordered their strawberry caprice salad and they gave her bearly any lettuce or other ingredients. She has gotten it at other locations and it was a full bowl here it did not go even half way up the bowl. She even questioned them to make sure she got the right size, the bowl, and they confirmed it was. This was an expensive salade 13 dollars for early any lettuce, a very cheap ingredient. I will be avoiding eating here in the future and go to other locations when I want Panara.

  Manager Katie at the Bristol location had amazing customer service when my husband thought he left his wallet, she took her time to look through video footage to help us out. It is rare to find people who are willing to go the extra mile and be nice and caring even though it may be outside of their normal job description. Thank you Katie!
