Unfortunately I probably won’t be purchasing anymore items from here after I buy more of the soup. Sorry!! The girl on the phone did say sorry.

The cashier made us wait an unnecessarily long time after taking the woman ahead of us. We waited while she just aimlessly walked around. When she did get around to taking our order, she was very rude. She took a condescending tone with me that I did not appreciate. She was quick to let me know they were out of what I wanted to order and she gave no substitutions in place of it. She even had an attitude when I gave her my phone number that she asked me for, so I could log it for rewards. I noticed she was slightly nicer to my husband, at least she didn't give him an attitude, and she also did not give the 3 guys behind us an attitude. No wait time for them. I still would not consider her polite or friendly in any of the interactions I witnessed. If she hates her job so much, she should really go elsewhere. We were only visiting that area, but we will be sure to avoid that place. I'm used to encountering nice people at the Panera Bread I usually frequent. This was certainly not in keeping with my usual experience. The food is very overpriced and was just okay from this place. The customer service was as lousy as could be. A disappointing experience all around.
