Was always crowded before. No personal service , just a McDonald's menu board now. No offer of help if you had a question from the staff. We were surprised that the choice of bakery goods was so small , just super sugary items. Ordered couple of bagels that were not good. Miss the good ole days of Panera . Will not come back.
