  My wife and I have been going to Panera for a long time but lately the order is wrong or they forget to put certain ingredients in the food talking about the salads. I think they need to have quality control this is getting old. I just don't think they really care if your order is right

  This was a big disappointment. Sandwich was small for $11, and bowl of soup came out with enough for a cup. Tried to say something but got pretty much a shrug.

  Called the store when my deliver was missing items. The lady told me they dont give refunds and hung up on me. I order Panera all the time and have never had an issue. I couldnt belive how rude the lady was. I wont ever order from there again.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I went to Panera Bread in Delavan with my wife, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. She ordered a full grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup, but when her food came, she only received half a sandwich. I also tried to order the Mexican Street Corn Chowder, which is advertised all over their menus in the store, but was told it’s out of season. The staff mentioned it had been out of season for weeks, yet the signs are still up everywhere. If an item is not available, it should be removed from the menu to avoid misleading customers. On top of that, the service was poor throughout our visit. Between the incorrect order, misleading menu advertising, and lackluster service, we left disappointed. Sadly, we won’t be coming back.

  They've changed the repipe to their chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. It is not as good as it used to be.
