This caused unnecessary waiting, and I don’t understand why I was notified before it was actually prepared. When I finally picked up the order and reviewed it, I noticed that one of the sandwiches was missing. If I hadn’t checked before leaving, I would have arrived home with nothing for one of my sons. I then had to wait again while the missing sandwich was made. By the time we finally got home, the soups were cold, and the entire family was disappointed. Additionally, one of the side items I received was a broken slice of bread tossed into the bag. There were no napkins or spoons included, which made the experience even worse. The presentation and service were far below what I expect from Panera. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I left feeling frustrated and unhappy. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure that customers receive accurate notifications, complete orders, and properly packed food in the future.
