When we mentioned it, instead of remaking the drinks, they just poured the hot coffee over ice—which instantly melted—so the coffee was watered down and terrible. We also ordered three sandwiches, and it took 20 minutes to get them. One was supposed to be egg and cheese, but it came out as a sausage, egg, and cheese instead. Overall, we spent about 20 minutes stuck in the drive-thru for a really disappointing experience.

I brought it back to have them correct the order. When they remade the order my sandwich was a mess. They took the extra soup they had originally given me and put it back. No one spoke to me at all.There were some teenagers who kept swearing and screaming in the store. I love Panera's food but this location needs some love by management.
