He stepped right in and helped her and I'm so thankful for his help!!The restaurant was very clean. All his staff was great. Orders where completed promptly food looked appetizing and fresh!! - CPCATHLEEN PYREKSep 25, 20255.0I didn’t actually patronize this Panera on 9/25. I was there to diffuse a client who was having a mental breakdown and ended up inside this restaurant. But the client was in good hands with the Manager, Jo Smith. You would have thought Jo was a trained specialist. He truly helped calm things down and went above and beyond for someone who wasn’t even a customer. I imagine Jo is a great Manager to work for and I will be going back to this Panera in the future. Thanks so much!
