Every time I've done it, I arrive just prior to the time they provide and when I look at the name board my name is no where on there. When I ask about it, they then look and find my name. The best they have done is being 10 minutes late and the worst they have done is 45 minutes late. This has only occurred on Saturdays, so I don't know what the issue is, but its happened every time. I now don't go there during Saturday lunch time. The food has always been good and exactly what I ordered. The issue is only around delivery time.
