I ran out without checking and before I had a chance to realize I was missing an item, Panera was calling me. I was able to return and complete my order. Customer service was excellent!

Both were soggy on the edges and had odd ingredients added. Mine had arugula which was a stringy soggy mess because it was added before the sandwich was heated. In spite of that, it tasted great so I ignored the negatives.
