I don't normally do reviews, but my experience was so NEGATIVE that I decided to share it. On Monday afternoon I was in this store ordering sweets and coffee to go. The cashier, Lis, was very rude and discriminated against me. When he finds out that I speak Spanish and English, he asks me in Spanish, using a slow tone, as if I don't understand what she was trying to tell me. In what language do I want the order? I responded that "it doesn't matter".in spanish.
So she insists: What language do you feel most comfortable speaking? I answer back, I don't care o No importa., then she said my God, these immigrants.
So Lis, let me tell you that I am a proud migrant, I speak 2 languages perfectly and have 2 citizenships. So, I suggest you be more respectful to us The customers.
Hopefully your manager can read this and explain to you One More Time, what customer service mean.
When I went through the drive through the server elizabeth g was very kind she made me feel welcomed and made my service fast.

slowest and poorest service I have ever witnessed. More than enough staff but not a single one wanted to work. Very sad!

I don’t know about you guys, but when I’m eating my food, I don’t want somebody rigorously sweeping a carpet with a broom near my table. Brooms just put everything into the air and then it lands on your food and you eat it. This really turned me off of my meal. The lady that took my order was mediocre at best for customer service. My meal came out in a quick time and it was very good. The young men in the kitchen did a great job.

So my boyfriend went through the drive through 41.He said, whoever he was speaking to was very rude. Secondly, he ordered me an Italian sandwich with no provolone. Cheese, because I have a severe dairy. Allergy which he said. He brings me the sandwich. I don't need it right away. He leaves, which hmm, is all the way on annemary island. I finally open up my sandwich. It's just steak cheese anne arugula. As you can see on my receipt as the on the picture, it says italiano sandwich with no provolone cheese. Not only did they give me a sandwich that I'm highly allergic to. It's a completely wrong sandwich. So I called and spoke to the manager, danielle, or something like that and all she could offer me was another sandwich and my money back. The thing is, I'm not worried about the money back. That's not the issue me for more.Of the issue is you gave me a sandwich that i'm highly allergic to.
Earlier, before going to the cortez store where this whole issue happened, I called panera bread to see what my dairy options were, and it turned out it was the one that was on manatee Avenue and the manager I spoke with her name was Abby. We were on the phone for almost 3-4 minutes talking about all of my options and then I asked her, she's the one on cortez, and she's like, no, and I was like darn. So after I got my sandwich, it was all wrong from Cortez. I just called her back abby, and she also apologized even though it's not the store, I got it from and I told her I should've went to her and then she told me she'd give me a free pick too for the inconvenience. Thanks, abby.This is my second complaint from cortez.I will no longer be going there.
