When I went to pay the credit card, the reader didn't work. They told me I had to order at the counter, but we only get 45 minutes for lunch and didn't want to reorder. They lost a $75.00 sell.

Not to busy to check coffee and refill, ridiculous, so disappointed bc I come often. Tables in the back not clean, I watched customer wipe off her own table, really💁🏾♀️ on the positive side my bagel was toasted just the way I like it which is generally dark and the atmosphere was okay because it wasn't busy.
