Every time I get food from this location, I end up sick in my stomach!!!
Today when I ordered food to go, and while waiting for the food, I noticed the people who were preparing the food are wearing gloves but no masks and talking to each other the whole time while preparing the food! Yes, they’re wearing gloves but in the same time they are touching bread, trays, spoons, food heaters, receipts, pagers, pushing their hairs away from their faces and much more!!!
No wonder why I am getting sick??? The whole time and while they are doing all these activities, they’re wearing the same gloves and never change them!!! Of course the food is getting contaminated!!!!!

Ordered 2 bowls of soup and only received 1 very small piece of bread for 2 bowls of soup. Take out of course
Incompetence is the nicest thing I can say.
Avoid if you value your time, an establishmentsl's cleanliness, and customer service.

I've been coming to Panera since it first started in Michigan and if you're going to tell me that this is a good portion size of a half a salad then you are sadly mistaken. This is a quarter salad, better known as a side salad. I would hate to pay for a full size salad and be disappointed by the portion size. When I asked the food prep person if this was the right size she had a bad attitude about it. Really unacceptable to think a 3 bite salad is half a size, NO. This is really petty on their part.
Yesterday our team had ordered a larger lunch and we were missing a third of our order. After I had called and explained to the employee, they were a bit rude about the possibly of the order being stolen. I explained that bags were both sealed, and after a long pause, she had me pick up the part of our missing order.
While I'm happy to have had the rest of my order honored for the error, after coming in, the team prepping the food was rude to a customer picking up their order in front of me. A team member made a snide comment of "who is this order for? I don't know what they look like!" and threw the bag on the counter with an attitude. I just laughed and responded, "it's mine! thanks!"
Not to pleased after that exchange. Things get busy and understandable that mistakes do happen, but a lot of just standing around in the kitchen. Won't be back.
