    This was a very nice Panera location. Clean facilities, kind service and a beautiful eating area with a cozy fireplace. Enjoyed a nice lunch and look forward to visiting again in the future!

    Severe fall of quality and price, extremely expensive for the quality of food. Much much worse than the old St. Louis Bread Co., the new menu must have been designed by a 23 year old "consultant" freshly hired by private equity firm. Panera has gone to sheet.

    I waited to write this in hopes that Bread Co would respond to my survey and email, but they didn't. I placed an online order for pick up. I arrived at the stated time. There were a couple of cars in the drive through, no big deal so far. Then one car sat for 40 minutes at the window. They did not make them move to the side to let the other cars through. I had received the alert that my food was ready, but couldn't get it because of the car. So my food sat getting cold for 45 minutes. To top it off, it was missing my children's food, so we still had to cook something at home. I responded to the survey telling them to reach out. I haven't heard anything at all. It's been 10 days. So disappointed in the service.

    I stopped by to purchase a sourdough loaf and was ignored by the staff until another customer captured some help! Seriously? Your staff sees clients at the counter and ignores them? A woman who has a speech impediment came to help, she was very kind. She said if I want a loaf of sourdough bread I have to order it online and pick it up the following day. Unbelievable! Teach your staff some manners and have them acknowledge customers and send someone to wait on them! Robots can’t come fast enough!!!

    I stopped by Panera Bread this morning for coffee and breakfast, and it was such a great experience. The coffee was fresh, smooth, and perfectly brewed—just the right pick-me-up to start the day. Breakfast was delicious and served warm, with plenty of options to choose from. The café had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making the visit even better. Definitely a great spot for a relaxed morning meal and a quality cup of coffee. Highly recommend!
