- MNMargaret NunneOct 13, 20251.0I went to pick up two baguettes through the drive thru and sat for ten minutes waiting for someone to attend the drive thru. Not a huge deal but I ended up leaving after ordering and no one was at the drive thru window to take payment and I was again left waiting. If I had known a drive thru was not a quick place to get service I might have gone inside but I can only imagine what the one worker on duty was having to put up with.

However, as soon as I got to work right after to enjoy my sandwich, I was given about a week old avocado. It was literally BLACK.... I just wanted a fresh avocado sandwich but how can anyone enjoy this or serve a black avocado? I don't think I'll be ordering here again, especially for a $7 breakfast sandwich.

This means they immediately poured my soda and it sat and sat until the ice melted and the soda was watered down. Why didn't the server who handed me the beverage see that there was no ice and wasn't fresh? I noticed right away but didn't want to make a big deal of it. Well, I should have. It tasted awful and Panera isn't cheap. Next time I will demand quality!
- LWLynn WirickAug 18, 20251.0Italian market salad without a single chickpea and abaolutely no dressing despite me asking about dressing at pick up because greens appeared dry with no glisten of dressing. I was assured that the "dressing is mixed in" when I specifically asked about this. Nope - bone dry and no dressing. Yet at pick up and during this conversation 4 or 5 staff members were laughing and having a great time but not doing diligent careful food prep for sure.
