It seems to have gone downhill. Tables and booths very dirty, full of crumbs, food particles even in the mornings. Empty coffee/creamer/milks. Dirty floors and bathroom.
Staff is loud talking about personal business behind the front counter.
Happy to be able to get a mug again.

Love Tuesday BAKERS' DOZEN day, even though sometimes they run out, I still go every Tuesday. The bagels freeze very well, so I stock up. They give you freezer bags for storage. Love, love, love their bagels

I dined in today while completing school work. I never got a receipt and if I did, I would have zeroed this team out on Mediallia. I believe they purposely don’t give receipts just for that reason. I witnessed Brandy and her team give the worst customer service for three hours straight. She constantly raised her voices at customers, snarky responses, and have this negative energy that clouded the cafe. I watched customer after customer mood change after interacting with her. You couldn’t even ask a simple question without this woman being a complete jerk. When I noticed I never got a receipt, I went and asked the cashier for a reprint. She went and found a manager, which in turn gave me a paper customer copy. I’ll be calling the customer care line in the morning as well to make my complaint. I really wish I had that receipt because no one on this management team should be receiving any type of bonuses from the lack luster customer service this location gives
