- JNJamal NawabitOct 6, 20251.0This is the first Panera bread that I go into with having a horrible experience, Bad management it’s not even 3:30 in the afternoon and They are out of bread!!!! On top of that, I literally gave the order correct as for toasted and hot melted cheese at a side of chips. I got a side of apple on toasted bread, cold and the soup is cold.!!!

The cream cheese isn’t the same as they used to have, it was so tangy I checked the dates twice just to make sure it wasn’t expired. the bagels were so dry , not chewy or airy like they used to be. I had no idea until googling that they now use frozen par baked bread. Won’t be eating here anymore, was incredibly disappointed.

I couldn't even read and relax. Even after putting my noise cancelling head phones on I could still here them. It was so unprofessional. Especially hearing them talking about customers. This was the worse experience I have ever had at Panera.
