  I'm not one to leave a bad review anywhere I go but after 4 visits in a row of either having my food order wrong, missing items or missing toppings, I feel like its needed. The last 4 times we have gone to this location we have had, Missing sandwich twice in a row, missing soup and no chicken on a salad once and then a completely wrong order where we must have received someone else's food entirely. We love getting Panera with soups and sandwich's but after so many issues, I'm not sure I can convince my wife to go anymore.

  Welp went to get bagels and we saw roaches crawling the wall behind the bread slicer ughhhhh 2 other customers saw it as well and we all left. None of the workers seemed to care when we all voiced our outrage on this. Never going back.

  For Uber orders, please consider packaging Cold Items (Tuna sandwich and fruit cup) VS. Hot items (Soup) in separate Paper bags for delivery. Uber picked up and delivered in 10 minutes total and yet cold items were still sad and sketchy, thanks to hot soup placed on top of cold items in one paper bag. Sandwich bread, lettuce, tomatoes, and fruit cup were all too warm and soggy and smushed, from the heat of the soup cup due to improper packaging.

  I’m sorry I love Panera bread but when it comes to a workplace i don’t know if this is the one. I’ve called twice to speak to a manager and everytime she answers she just tells me she’s on a lunch break and to call back at a later time. I then say what time would be best and she hangs up on me. Definitely not professional! Would not recommend!
