- SWSavannah WoodJul 23, 20251.0I came here on my lunch break to get a sandwich, and I ordered through the app using the rapid pick up option. When I arrived, my sandwich was made completely wrong (I asked for a caprese with no tomatoes and extra cheese, the sandwich had tomatoes and minimal cheese). I understand that it's a peculiar order, but I've ordered it here before without problem so I wasn't expecting any issue today. After seeing that the sandwich was wrong, I went up to the counter and asked if I could have it remade. The worker told me yes and said it didn't matter what I did with the sandwich I already had, so I threw it away and waited for my new sandwich. About ten minutes passed, and I went back up to the counter to ask about my sandwich. The manager then came up to me with a piece of paper showing my order printed out and shared that, because I had ordered rapid pick up, Panera was not liable for getting my order wrong and that I would not in fact be getting my sandwich remade. So, it was a complete waste of money and time. I'm not sure how, when you make a sandwich wrong, you are not liable for making the sandwich wrong, but I definitely will not be returning and I recommend not using the rapid pick up option on the app if you do choose to dine here.

The past two times I have gone here they have left something out of my to-go order or off my meal. First i had two sandwiches missing their avocado and now we have no sides (no chips or apple). If you’re getting a to-go take the minute to sift through your bag for all your items... or you’ll be paying for things you’ll never see.
