Newer location, beautiful landscaping.
Have to mention the abundance of outlets in seating area(much more than other locations🥰)
A pleasant employee by the name of Sheri went ABOVE AND BEYOND in reference to everything that needs to be done: fresh coffee, cream refills, super friendly, great conversation.
I ordered at drive thru.
I usually order the turkey chili. It's been a while.
Simply ordered 2 bagels both were burnt.
I didnt bother taking them back it is as after work & I needed to keep moving. Probably won't go back.

I ordered a to-go sandwich from Panera Bread while traveling from Orlando to Miami by train. I hadn’t eaten anything, and when I finally sat down to eat, I opened the sandwich wrapper and found a black hair inside. It was disgusting, unexpected, and completely unacceptable.
I contacted the store, and they refunded my money, which I appreciate, but I also expected some form of additional compensation or at least a sincere apology.
I spoke with the manager, Kaitlyn, and I did not feel comfortable with the way she handled the situation. Her response was that they would only give me a refund and nothing else, which I feel is insufficient given the seriousness of the issue. I was left without food, wasted time, and had a very unpleasant experience.
I believe Panera Bread should hold higher standards for both food hygiene and customer service. When those standards are not met, the company should take full responsibility and respond with more than just a refund. This is not only about money, but also about the trust and the customer experience that was damaged.
