Had to walk around the building as door where we parked (in the big parking lot) was locked. I mentioned to manager, he seemed as if it was an inconvenience to go unlock it...several others experienced the same issue while we're there.

He was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my order. His friendly attitude and genuine care really stood out and made my visit memorable. It's always refreshing to see someone take such pride in their work. Saeed truly made my day — Panera is lucky to have him!
