the customer service and friendliness at this panera is absolutely terrible. i used to be a shift lead at a panera bread and this panera’s service is so incredibly poor. it’s very embarassing i was looking at all of them and laughing because i was like are you serious. every single person at this Panera is so rude and impolite it’s very embarassing.

Very disappointed that this location has opted to replace their in-person cashiers with screens. Not only does it detract from the atmosphere but it decreases the quality and convenience.

I felt like I was in a high school cafeteria with all the employees being loud, calling out to other workers, and not doing much else. Floors were dirty, my table had to be wiped off before I sat down. My fork given with my salad was dirty. It seemed the small girl with her arm in a sling was more productive than some others prepping the food while laughing and congregating talking loudly behind the back counter. I come to eat and not hear shenanigans all around disturbing my space. They all mocked and talked about the police officer who entered for coffee and made remarks after he left. I am ashamed of their behavior all around.

Panera is a good place to meet up with people or get some work done. They always have a nice selection of seating available that can accommodate working alone while enjoying lunch or a big group get-together. The soup is always good, but the coffee has been on a steady, downward trend in quality since I started using Panera as a working cafe spot in 2015. It used to be a pretty decent cup but has declined to barely lukewarm brown water. It's still a good place to grab some soup and study, meet up, or write but bring your own coffee or stick to water.
