- JFJeannie FOct 12, 20251.0The manager working was very rude!! We placed an order for two bagels and the manger red shirt looked like she was in her 40s was rude and snappy to her coworker. Says just tell him in a very hostile voice we are out! The young kid was very nice! Something needs to happen when a company allows aggressive management to oversee a team! I felt really bad for the team member working. What piseed me off the most was she rolled her eyes at me and my daughter and had no apologies! I will not be coming back to this location and will not continue to do any catering business in the future!

The store was not busy, yet the staff’s attitude and attention toward customers were terrible. This is the worst Panera Bread location I have ever seen and where I received the worst service.
