That’s where the positives end. We ordered a large Mac and cheese, as we usually do. But when we received it at the pick up window… There was something very very wrong with it. It was dry, basically no sauce. And it tasted ROTTEN! It was absolutely disgusting. So as one would, I went up to the cashier to ask If there was anything anyone could do about it. The cashier was again, very kind about it. And she went and told the manager about the situation… As we did, another customer came up with the exact same complaint! The Manager, who was wearing a dirty, black and red hoodie. (I would expect a manager to at least look like a professional. Especially when working with food.) tells us, that there is nothing to do about it. That she “just squeezed it out of the freezer bag recently.” And refuses to remake our orders! And just like that. They have PERMANENTLY lost themselves a customer. I never plan on visiting this location, EVER again. the way we were treated was absolutely unacceptable!
