  They only screw up our carry-out order SOME of the time, unlike their Winton Road counterpart. There has been a few times that we have ordered via the app only to discover that they didn't have an ingredient, like the strawberries for their strawberry poppy-seed salad, and made ZERO effort to let us know ahead of time or even when picking up the food. Credits are always given when we've called to complain, so at least they TRY to make up for it. Food is fine. It's Panera.

  I went through the drive thru today and they forgot half my order and then it was hair on my bread! I went back and I told the young african american kid that I needed the guy in the drive thru because I’m missing food. He started cursing at me and threatening me. He needs to reevaluate his character because his personality sucks. This location sucks bad. Colerain Ave needs a whole new staff, nobody knows what they’re doing here. They are just here to make money and it definitely shows. 👎🏽 P.S Thank you HR for going further with this and thank you for the rewards you gave me. I appreciate that so much!

  We got there afternoon and they were only preparing our 3 plates and it took 25 minutes. Staff was barely speaking to folks but for the cashier to get the order. Didn't acknowledge my thanks. We are done with that panera but really most of the food joints in that area of colerain avenue.

  They had pets in the store and one of the dogs was actually on the table and nobody bothered to say anything it was rather disgusting food was great and staff friendly but having animals inside is disgusting. It would be different if it was a service animal but it was just someone's pet. When did Panera become a doggy daycare
