  Good day, I must say this is a very good restaurant and the service from Nadja is very good, professional and very nice and friendly. We are a group from Germany, exactly Frankfurt Am Main, who visited this cafe with 5 people. And we were very satisfied with the food and especially with the service from Nadja who was always smiling and very courteous in her work Next time we are in the United States we will definitely visit this cafe Again, we have given our friends the tip to visit this cafe since our friends live in the United States

  I was with a group from Germany. We were in Manassas for tourism and then by chance we came across Panera Bread. We really liked it because the lady Nadia was very polite and friendly and very helpful. It was interesting that she understands a bit of German. The woman also speaks French... so thank you Nadia for everything, we will be back.

  This is a great place to meet with friends, and I genuinely love your selection! The only bummer is seeing the pastries disappear so early. If the bakery counter starts closing around 7 PM, maybe you could hold back a small reserve of popular items for those late-evening visits? It would really enhance the experience for your evening crowd!"

  I recently went to this Panera last Sunday on my vacation from California and I had an interesting experience. The staff were so sweet and looked so stressed out but the manager Nadia wasn’t helping as much. She was being so rude to the staff and I couldn’t help but feel bad. I hope management does something about her

  This is the “new” Panera that relocated from the shopping center to its own building. Unfortunately service has gone down. Staff is working hard to keep up but with the new drive thru option they are slammed. This is no fault to the staff they are working as hard as they can and as fast as they can they are absolutely amazing. I feel bad for them, they need more help. The last location was cozy, comfy seating, and fast service. If you go here please be patient with the staff.
