I decided that I should be ok to go up to the counter, order items from the bakery, and leave. However, this was too complicated for this Panera to handle. After ordering and paying, the employees decided to stand around and talk rather than get my order together so I could leave. After several minutes someone else ordered the same thing and they had to refund me because they no longer had enough to fill my order. It will be a while longer before I order from here again (for personal or for my business lunches).
