  Love there food it always tastes good, it's a great place to satisfy your craving for soup and sandwiches.

  Smoothie tasted horrible, it was extra small, and not worth $7. It was terrible. The cookie was as a hard as rock. Not like it used to be, just horrendous.

  Ordered a door dash order for pickup and ended up not receiving two of my items and didn’t notice until I got back to my office. Had to drive all the way back to get the items that I asked for. I asked if there was any compensation for the time I lost and the manager said “just a free drink” with an annoyed look. I said forget it and left. Worked in customer facing roles for 8 years and just left kind of frustrated. Must be a tough day for her. Panera is usually good but most likely won’t come back to this one. Customer service is lifeless here.

  It's always reliable about the food and the atmosphere the only thing that changes is the servers there to be extremely friendly or they seem like they would like to be anywhere but at work. Still amazing food, for a price. $$
