I waited 10 minutes before I realized you put a kiosk in. And the ai on the kiosk straight up deadnamed me and just added to the bad experience. Like by using that name I felt like you guys are collecting more information than just a payment. Atmosphere sucked it was dark, unsettling, spooky quiet. Like are you a restaurant or did you give up and become a crappy fastfood chain like Olga’s?
