Micheal is a very rude and unprofessional manager and he wonders why he can't keep employees and he also wonders why he has so many messed up foul reviews lol.. this place is very unsafe and unsanitary.. people barley clean properly and when you order it will take them very long to call you're name.. even if you only order a simple sandwich it will take around 20 minutes for them to call you're name ... I will never go this place ever again alll they care about is who spends their money they could care less about customers and it shows by how long they take and how dirty they are

I don’t know why every Panera does this with uber eats. But they leave things out of the order. It’s a huge bummer because I love this place when I don’t feel well. Today they forgot the cheese with the French onion soup and the baguette. Panera isn’t cheap enough to be forgetting items. Left 3 stars because the sandwich was still very good.

Our family has been eating at Panera Bread for a long time and has visited this store several times. However, the sanitation and service provided at this location in recent years have been very poor. For instance, when my family tried to get some food this evening, we noticed that the staff preparing our food did not meet professional standards. They were talking and laughing loudly while handling our food, including taking it in and out of the oven. This shouldn't happen, as they could unintentionally drop saliva onto our food.
I also noticed one staff member scratching his upper body inside his clothes while wearing gloves. These are very poor sanitation practices. To be fair, I want to highlight that these staff members are Black teenagers who seem to lack proper training in sanitation to meet food service requirements. As a member of a minority myself, I have observed that people in this country are often held to different standards based on the color of their skin. Many individuals fear speaking out about issues like this because they don’t want to be labeled as "racist."
This should not happen, and we all deserve to be treated equally. I hope that by sharing my experience, others with similar concerns will feel more empowered to speak out and help make our society a better place for everyone.
