AND they have my cheese soufflé all day (unlike the crappy 21st Ave location). 10/10 recommend this location! Keep up the great work!

The bagel I received today was still raw, their coffee was very watery, and the ladies at the drive thru were just standing there talking while I waited on a bagel. The drive thru “we are close” message is constantly on even during hours where they are open. Just don’t even waste your time at this location.

I sat in the drive thru line for 45 minutes and had to go inside myself before I even got my order (which was a pick two meal with a side of mac and cheese). They asked me multiple times what I ordered…I feel like the staff is asleep or on something at this location. They claimed they were “backed up” but there were maybe 4 people inside. I watched 5 different cars leave the drive thru line bc of how insane it was.
