My problem was my 16oz mango smoothie, it had lots of ice in it and it took longer than my food to receive. My smoothie cup was not a 16 oz and my smoothie was hard to drink due to the ice. It was more ice in the cup but I tossed it out thinking it will make it smooth to drink. I seriously believe it was done on purpose by the cashier. My food that was completed by the prep cooks was good and I have no complaints in that area.
