- 222DUOct 6, 20253.0We had lunch at Panera on 86th Street and the service was so slow. We inquired about the delay after 25 minutes of waiting, and were told they had many orders ahead of us. The restaurant was almost empty. Then we find out they are filling online orders ahead of customers actually in the restaurant. You need to take care of people who are there first.

It was dry bread with a couple of slices of Kraft American cheese. I was starving and didn't want to waste it so I did eat it. Come on Panera. For almost 10 bucks you can do better. Oh yeah it was also cold.
