This is what $15 looks like ordered from panera. Pathetic.

In my opinion, the worst location in the Columbus area. Consistently will forget items off your order if ordering through a courier service. Food is sloppier than if made from other locations. Takes multiple call attempts just to get someone to answer any quality issues or concerns. 0/10 recommend this location. It is always more worthwhile to make the extra distance to another location than dealing with this place.

I ordered delivery from this place and I cannot even begin to express how disappointed I am. I spent $37 on a meal and they did not include my sandwich the French onion soup did not have bread in it and I ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade and there was not one drop of lemon flavor in the cup. The only thing they got right was the cookies and they were half stale. I will never order from this place again. When I contacted the store while I was offered was a refund on my sandwich which was $9 and apologies. I don't have transportation so I was unable to get back to the store and so I was stuck with a lukewarm bowl of soup that was not complete and a cookie for dinner. Never. Order. Again.

I waited at the counter for five full minutes. There was a woman 5 ft from me making sandwiches. There was another woman who was on a customer service phone call a customer wanting a refund on food he had eaten there. Neither one of the women gave any indication that they had seen me. I would have thought one of them would have at least said we'll be with you in a minute. When the phone call was over, that clerk went to a different counter and helped another customer who just walked in the door. They didn't charge me for my coffee, but the service was really not up to par at all.
