The manager came to me as I asked if they could put more frosting as I go to many Panera breads with no issues. The manager very rudely said they put a measured amount which is false cause that means all the other Panera breads are doing them wrong which I would disagree! The manager did not want to help me at all to please a customer as he rather be rude and send me on my way with not making the scone correctly. I will not come back to this Panera as the bakers obviously do not know how to make there pastries correctly nor do they know how to treat people! Very rude and disrespect to a customer that very frequents the Panera bread chain! Terrible terrible terrible
