If there is a third party involved, that should be stated so that customers can choose if they would like to order with third parties involved. My food was set to come over 2 hours after I submitted my order. I completely missed my lunch and spent the day hungry due to their inability to be transparent. If I had known there was a third party involved and it would take that long, I would not have ordered at all. Hey used to deliver themselves and be very quick so that’s why I ordered with them. The manager was very helpful so that’s why I even put two stars in the first place but a refund does not change the fact that I spent my lunch break at work hungry staring at a screen waiting for my food.

I have been ordering this exact meal for 10 years. $18.21 ??? How dare you. I’m done. I regret not going home and making a pbj.
