  Had a lovely lunch today its my first time at this location. The girl that took my order was so welcoming, I had some questions about some things on the menu, wanting to try something new. She was very patient, very informative and made my decision-making much easier. I completely loved my Choice based on her recommendation. So i'm pleased to say I now have something new that I will definitely order again. Her name was Haley i hope panera realizes what an excellent employee they have with her. She appears to love her job. Makes you feel like she cares about the customers. And appears with the description of the food and her help to love panera herself. It was refreshing to have someone take such a positive ownership in their job and I will definitely be back. Thank you Haley for making me feel very welcomed you are a gem.

  The grilled chicken sandwich and that yummy special broccoli and cheese soup. The place was busy but everything was amazing.

  As I approached the order counter, I greeted the young lady ( red hair, glasses , ponytail pulled through her cap 1:47pm Lithia Pinecrest location) with a smile and a hello. I spoke the word hello twice . This young lady simply said what can I get you? No smile or greeting or reply to my greeting. She is ALL BUSINESS. She was not welcoming at all. Perhaps she needs a refresher course from HR? Pay attention Panera! There are a lot of restaurants who want my business.

  Panera Bread manager make you appreciate awesome customer service even if you made the mistake. In my take out order saw it was a cup of French onion soup so l said that l thought l ordered a bowl. l offered to pay for a bowl. The manager was walking by no problem and dished the bowl and said have a great meal. Then when l got home l realized that it was my mistake, not Paneras, l ordered a cup and paid for a cup. The manager's gesture made my wife and l, customers of that location for life. It's not just food that that makes this location, special.

  Sandwich was made incorrectly. Called to see what could be done and the guy who made the sandwich came on the line. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He was YELLING in the phone! YELLING! This is not just my opinion. Two my coworkers witnessed it because I had the phone on speaker. On top of that NO apology was given. After he finished berating me we were able to come up with a resolution. It's safe to say my family and I will NOT return to that Panera or any other one in the future. Would NEVER recommend!
