In the last month, weve tried to order 3-4 times and everytime we place an order and by the time we get up there (always before 10am) they are out of bagels. I called once to cancel an order my husband had gone to pick up and the manager I spoke to brushed it off and said "well were trying something new." Your "new" doesn't seem to be working. We will not be coming here anymore when there is a Tim Horton and Big Apple Bagel all right on the same corner.

Customer service has really gone downhill as well. Today the guy working the window didn’t know how to give back proper change.
