I am navigating 4 food allergies. The app was super helpful but I somehow still got my own order input wrong. When I got my order and noticed, I immediate asked if they could remake it and the team was so respectful. For someone who dining out is anxiety provoking due to these allergies, I never felt safer.

Came in for a cup of coffee and it was lukewarm and then proceeded to talk to the employee working the counter and they told me to heat it up in the microwave this is ridiculous!! Customer service is going way down hill! Paying customers should not be treated with such disrespect!!

The coffee, more than likely Caribou Blend (which is available in most grocery stores- whole bean, or ground) is served here with a smile and delicious food; all by a friendly, competent staff. A great way to begin your day!

Hello Panera Team,
I’m a Sip Club member and a very regular customer—I stop in almost daily for coffee, and the program definitely encourages me to order food once or twice a week as well. Usually, I purchase the smaller salad (because prices are already pretty steep), but lately the experience has been frustrating.
Today was extremely disappointing. I placed a mobile order for a side salad, and it took 35 minutes to be ready. My lunch break is only 45 minutes. I even left the store, drove home, let my dog out, and came back—and my food still wasn’t ready. When I returned, the café was packed, and another guest even mentioned they had been waiting over an hour.
To make matters worse, when I finally received my $9+ salad, the portion was shockingly small—basically gone in 10 bites, with only four tiny pieces of chicken. This is the second time in two weeks this has happened to me.
Panera, I love your coffee and convenience, but this is not acceptable. Between long wait times, poor portion sizes, and high prices, it’s becoming harder to justify choosing your café for lunch. Please do better in managing your stores and ensuring customers receive the quality and service we are paying for.

It’s a regional franchise that begin as the St. Louis Bread Company. It offers healthier alternatives to burgers and fries, including salads and flavored iced teas. Their coffee is particularly good, and they have a bakery section which offers a variety of tasty baked goods, such as brownies and danishes. You can also buy different varieties of bread there. It’s a good place for a casual get together. There’s no sense of being rushed to complete your meal and leave, so it can make a good place to have an extended conversation away from home.
