The restaurant is poorly maintained. The employees act like they absolutely hate working there. The drink area is dirty the supplies are not refilled. When you get hot coffee it’s slightly warm. The exterior of the building is poorly maintained as well.
I have lived in Saratoga since July, 2020 and whether it’s in-house, drive-thru, or delivery, this location gets it wrong every. Single. Time. I wish I was exaggerating. It’s absolutely unbelievable. We keep trying over and over again to give them another chance but this location just cannot get it right, EVER, and after so many missteps, I felt like it was finally time to speak out, after 5 years. I’m sure it won’t change anything but just…really!?! Five years…and then some probably?! Who is managing this place?
Everytime I come to Panera the wait is ridiculously long no exaggeration ! No one communicated anything about the wait we just sat and sat and sat ! Very poor customer service. Hire more workers.

Honestly, I consider Panera Bread my go-to place for hangovers. Whenever I’ve had a rough morning after partying, their green smoothie heals me within the hour. Whenever I think “hungover,” I think Panera Bread.
They have treats available, but I’m not a fan since they don’t taste fresh in my experience. My friend also had a sandwich there and came home the same day complaining about her stomach hurting.
The atmosphere is nice, but it feels basically like a Starbucks for people between 40–80 years old. There were a lot of very mature guests there. The employees are nice, and usually they seem to be in their early twenties or early thirties.

I Went to panera bread in Wilton Saratoga to meet a friend and catch up on life. There was plenty of parking, I loved the two entrances so no matter where I park it is easy to enter. The staff was very welcoming, they let us know we had credits for baked goods and delivery which was great. My friend got to bring a treat home. Their kitchen sink cookie is incredible. My favorite is their cinnamon crunch bagel with cream cheese and the price was so reasonable. A great meal for $10, you can not seem to get that anywhere these days. Convenient drive through option and is wheelchair accessible. The flow of traffic allows those who are waiting for food to move down, no lurking by the counter waiting for their food. Inside and outside seating options which is perfect for the change in weather. The portions for pick 2 gives you choices between their delicious soups (also seasonal) or sandwiches. Fresh baked bread and pastries they even donate left over/ day old bread which is something I can definitely get behind. I love sitting in a comfortable place with WiFi catching up with friends. A popular lunch time place that is located conveniently, it can get busy but the space between tables, booths and lounge chairs allows just enough space for privacy and to blend in if you're treating yourself. I would be happy to see some small plates to share but overall a great place for a quick bite. Oh and who doesn't love the green goddess salad. Dine there. Take out. Or delivery!
