- MNMitchell Nelson4 days ago3.0I order toasted garden caprese - whole - and was told there was no basil. I ordered it anyway but still had to pay for the full amount - no offer of discount. Then when I picked up sandwich on of the halves had a little bit of mozzarella and the half had none. I saw right away and asked for more cheese which the person complied. Normally I would have no complained during review but it is the second time this happened. It seems Panera us intentionally doing this to save money and if a person notices then they offer. Make sure when you order the order contains as advertised !

There were 2 small pieces of chicken, with a lot of lettuce,2 small grape tomatoes, 1 pepperochinie, about 1/4 teaspoon feta cheese, 3 black olives. I added to it when I got home. Glad I did not eat in.
