  Incredibly disappointed in the management at this location. My daughter had an interview scheduled. We paid to uber her to the restaurant. She arrived 15 minutes before her interview and as she was getting out of the car saw that she had an email from 5 minutes prior that her interview was cancelled. We then had to uber her back home without an interview. Highly inconsiderate of your recruiting staff to put any candidate through that. No courtesy call, just an email 20 minutes before the check in time for a previously scheduled appointment. Probably dodged a bullet working for people who don’t care or consider others. Do better Panera.

  We just ordered something for breakfast, after 30 minutes the manager told us they have no soufflé so she can refund my money, or if I want to order something else we have to wait 30 or more minutes… So you have no way can we get any food faster because we has been waiting more than 30 minutes already, NO… When I asked for the manager, SHE IS THE MANAGER… That’s not the management we need or want for the future in Winter Garden…

  Got myself a strawberry lemonade w basil and strawberry in the drink. I don't usually get the basil in my drink when ever I order yet today I got my drink with basil even tho I clearly put thru the app no basil for customization. Took my drink to go, Drank my drink and ate some basil, the basil tasted like some type of cleaner soap... detergent of some sort... either that or I'm tripping.... will not be coming back to this location after this experience...
