Re, the team manger, managing the register ruined my experience and I decided to eat out. My husband asked a simple question concerning where to get to grab to-go cups. He didn't read the tiny sign next to the register & we admit that is our mistake, BUT Re grabbed the sign & put it in my husband's face. She merely said, "That's why we have a sign." I understand it gets tiring answering the same questions especially when there are signs, but the rudeness from her was appalling & ruined the mood. I work also work in customer service so I understand how it can get old answering questions BUT THAT'S THE JOB! Customer. Service. Customer service from the team manager could improve. I feel bad for her team if she treats customers like this.

The price is what I have trouble swallowing these days. Two pick two with no drinks will push close to $30. This kind of price is really no longer fast food territory.
