  Literally one of the worse locations to order food from rather is for delivery or for pickup. I would sincerely suggest never ordering for delivery from this terrible managed location

  Atmosphere was super chill, food was yummy! Employees however were extremely rude, I work in food service and I’d never act the way they did. Ordered on the kiosk and it said to go to the counter and ask for cups so when I went to do that she interrupted me before I could even ask and told me to go to the other counter, I’m assuming she thought I was gonna ask where to get the food? But like maybe let your costumers ask before yelling maybe? We waited for our food and sure enough there wasn’t a cup with it so we asked a different girl if we could have a cup, she gave us the nastiest look and read the receipt then went “fine” and gave it to us like wow. I’m definitely not coming back during the evening shift

  I went for pick up and the guy who’s there is throwing the food, he’s not even respectful, till now I love to go Panera any where, this is the worst Panera I’ve ever seen.
