We always hope he is the one at drive through because basically the rest of the staff is exceptionally rude- Richard is the only reason this review is at 4 stars. I can almost always expect it to take a long time to get our drinks because of how slow they are but Richard always makes a point to run them out to us and enjoy our “tasty beverages”. He deserves a raise for sure!
