  Picked up order for 6 business lunches. Only got 5. The receipt on the bag correct, just not in the bag. Call the store. No answer. Call the store again. No answer. So I guess I’ll pay for the lunch I did not receive. No problem, I’ll get something from the vending machine and pay a second time. Thank you Panera at Butler Commons in Butler PA.

  The app would not let me order a breakfast sandwich at 10:50 AM. I went into the store in Butler Pennsylvania. I spoke to the folks behind the counter and they were happy to make up the order. They said I should be able to order until 11 o’clock and it was their pleasure to make this right. Both of them were super awesome in every aspect. Their attitudes were so refreshing. I can see why this store get so many high stars.

  The cashier was overly friendly I love her to death you're very accurate a very precise very professional and you can tell that she knows her job the atmosphere was awesome and the food was a 10+

  Nice location but horrible food and service. Portions are ridiculously small and dinner kitchen crew just hate their job.
